Terms of Service

By creating a Shotless account you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't create an account.

You're responsible for the security of your credentials and for everything that happens on your account. Keep your password safe, log out on shared devices, and notify us at hello@shotless.app if you suspect it's been compromised.

You keep ownership of every image you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to process those images through our AI pipeline to produce lifestyle imagery for you — nothing more. We don't use your uploads to train models and our AI providers commit the same.

AI-generated images are probabilistic. You're responsible for reviewing every output before commercial use — including checking for likeness, logo, or copyrighted element recreations that shouldn't be there. Shotless provides no warranty on generated content; use at your own risk.

Credits are consumed when we run a generation, not when the image is viewed or downloaded. Credits don't expire. We don't offer refunds on consumed credits but we do refund automatically on generations that fail server-side.

Don't use Shotless to generate imagery that depicts minors in unsafe contexts, impersonates real individuals without consent, infringes third-party IP, or violates applicable law. Accounts that do will be terminated without notice or refund.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email and in-app; continuing to use Shotless after a change signals acceptance.
