Terms of Service

Welcome to Shotless. By creating an account or generating an image, you agree to these Terms. Read them carefully — this is the legal agreement between you and the operators of Shotless.

1. The service

Shotless turns product photographs into AI-generated lifestyle scenes using third-party image models. We do not train the models. We do not own the models. Output quality depends on the model and on your inputs.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for any activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the product photos you upload. By uploading, you grant Shotless a limited licence to process them solely to run the service (generate scenes, store outputs, show them back to you).

Own your outputs. Every lifestyle image generated on your account is yours to use for commercial purposes — ads, ecommerce, print, billboards — with full rights. We do not claim ownership.

You must only upload content you have the right to upload. No copyrighted material owned by third parties, no likenesses of people without consent, no illegal content.

4. AI limitations & risk

Image generation is handled by third-party AI models. Outputs are probabilistic — they may occasionally contain visual artefacts, inaccuracies, or unexpected details. You are responsible for reviewing every image before using it commercially. We provide the tool; you validate the output.

5. Credits & payments

Credits are consumed when you generate images. 1 credit = 1 lifestyle image. Reference images and inventory pins add 1 credit each. Credits never expire. Credit purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.

Stripe handles all payments. We never see or store your full card number.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Shotless to generate: illegal content, content depicting minors in any sexualised or unsafe context, realistic impersonations of real people, deceptive content passed off as real photography without disclosure, or content that infringes third-party IP. Violations result in account termination without refund.

7. Termination

You may cancel any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the service. Remaining credits are forfeited on voluntary cancellation; you may request a refund of unused credit balance within 14 days of purchase.

8. Liability

Shotless is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to this service is capped at the greater of $50 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app with at least 14 days notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the update.
